Do I need to be experienced?  No, we will teach you everything you need to know for the trip.  All of our guides not only guide on flat water in the Everglades, but in the summers we all guide on the tempermental lakes of Yellowstone. Our guides will make guest feel comfortable and more confident in their paddling abilities throughout the tour. We offer the smallest group size on the Turner River, so we can keep an eye on first timers. The three hour mangrove tunnel tour is the best for beginners, as it is an easy paddle and not strenuous. The tunnels do challenge people, as they are only 5 feet wide at times, but we will teach you everything you need to know. Our full day trips are usually better for people who have experience, upper body stamina, and are up for a challenge on vacation, but it is not required that you be experienced. We like to say that you might be beginners at first, but in the end you will be pros :)
